To be eligible for return/exchange/replacement/repair, please make sure that:
1. The product/s were purchased in the last 7 days
2. Product/Scent Device or Machine has not been used nor damaged
3. The products are in their original packaging and remain sealed, untampered with and uncontaminated
4. You have the ORIGINAL receipt or proof of purchase
The following cannot be returned/exchanged/replaced/repaired:
1. Requests made at least 7 days after purchase date
2. Customized and/or personalized items
3. Consumables for specific units/scent solution packages that were unused
4. Products that perish rapidly or are expired, or cannot be returned due to health/hygiene reasons and/or were unsealed after delivery or purchase
5. Products that by nature are inseparably mixed with other items
6. Products that appear to have been manipulated, abused or misused causing damage or deterioration
7. Products on sale
8. Scent Diffusion Units purchased from SCENTS & Sensibilities that used consumables not intended for that specific purpose, or consumables that are not from the SCENTS & Sensibilities brand
1. EVALUATION - Please allow at least 5-7 working days for us to assess or investigate the source of complaint. You will be notified if the item is eligible for exchange/replacement/repair. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
2. RETURNING AN ITEM - The customer shoulders the cost of returning the item to us. You may bring or send the product to: SCENTS & Sensibilities, 3/L, The Podium, 12 ADB Ave., Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, 1550. Open from 10AM - 8PM, daily
3. COURIERS - We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
4. REFUNDS - You will receive your refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. You will be advised on the means of payment for your refund or reimbursement, if any.
